Jetweb – SOCIAL LISTENING SERVICES – ATTACHMENT

1. Social Listening Services

1.1. Services shall comprise of the services stipulated in the Cost Estimate
1.2. Jetweb reserves the right to enhance and optimize listening strategies, pending client approval, to deliver the best results to reach predefined KPI.
1.3. Jetweb will not post on client pages on behalf of client without sign off from client

2. Fees

2.1. The Client shall pay fees to Jetweb in respect of the Social Listening Services at the rates set out in and recorded in the Cost Estimate
2.2. Should the mentions exceed the agreed number of mentions stipulated in the Cost Estimate, Jetweb will inform the client and create a Cost Estimate for the additional costs for the client to approve
2.3. In the event that the Client revises, rejects or cancels any Cost Estimate which the Client has already approved, the Client shall pay to Jetweb forthwith:
2.3.1. the sum of any cancellation fees due to the service provider; and
2.3.2. a cancellation fee equal to 10% of the sum of the fees for that SOC.
2.4. Jetweb require 30 days’ written notice and is subject the cancellations fees stipulated in clause 2.3
2.5. Jetweb reserves the right to adjust its rates depending on and when the service provider adjusts its pricing models and or structures.
2.6. The Client shall pay the amount reflected on the invoice to Jetweb within 30 days from date of invoice.
2.7. The Client shall make payment by electronic transfer or such other method as the Parties may agree from time to time.
2.8. The Client shall pay interest at 2% per month on any amounts outstanding longer than 30 days from invoice date.
2.9. The cancellation period is 30 days with written request from client.
